On midst of all these flashing lights, I pray that the fame won't take my life

I'd like to think there is more to life than this. When you walk down the street, what do you notice? What do you really see? When you listen to a song, what do you feel? Are you really listening? You look at a person, do you see the pain in their eyes? Or do you just simply pass by?
I believe that there is more to life than what you see on the surface. Just stop for a moment, and really think about your life. Really feel what is going on around you. The material things in life....they will all die within time, just like you. Will you be content in the end?
